What items do you accept?

We accept gold jewelry (all karats — 10K through 24K), gold coins, gold bars, dental gold, scrap gold, silver jewelry and flatware, and mixed lots. Condition does not matter — broken, tangled, or single items are all accepted.

What if I don't know the karat of my jewelry?

No problem — send it and we will test it. Most jewelry has a small hallmark stamp (e.g., "14K" or "585") near the clasp. But our XRF testing tells us the exact purity regardless of markings. You never need to guess.

Is it really safe to mail my jewelry?

Yes. Every shipment is insured up to $100,000 at no cost to you via our FedEx partnership. Video-recorded unboxing means there is a full record of your items from the moment the package is opened. In the rare event of a shipping issue, you are fully protected.

What if I don't like the offer?

How fast do I actually get paid?

Once you accept your offer, payment is issued the next business day via ACH direct deposit or Zelle. ACH typically arrives within 1–2 business days after initiation. Zelle arrives same day in most cases.

Do you buy silver and platinum too?

Yes — we buy sterling silver (.925) and fine silver (.999) jewelry, flatware, coins, and bars. Platinum items are assessed case by case. Mixed lots containing gold, silver, and platinum are all welcome.
